UK DELIVERY

UK website orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Standard UK delivery is £4.49 per order. Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched.

PACKAGING

Records are carefully prepared for transit using suitable purpose-made record packaging. We aim to protect both the vinyl and sleeve throughout delivery. Any important item-specific information will be shown on the individual record listing.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to prepare orders promptly. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is normally intended for delivery after dispatch within Royal Mail's service timescale, but this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International checkout is not currently offered as a standard website option. If you are outside the UK and interested in a record, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether delivery is possible and provide the applicable cost and terms.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

For most UK consumer orders placed through this website, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the goods are delivered. To cancel, email enquires@primepressrecords.co.uk with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the record. Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service and packaging the record securely.

REFUNDS

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where the law requires and appropriate evidence of return has been provided. We may make a deduction for diminished value if the record has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

If an order arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at enquires@primepressrecords.co.uk with your order reference and details of the problem. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Where we are responsible for the return, we will arrange or reimburse a reasonable return method as appropriate.

CONDITION & EXACT-COPY PHOTOGRAPHS

Most stock is pre-owned and may show age or previous use. We aim to photograph the actual copy offered for sale, grade it carefully and disclose material defects known to us. Please read the individual description, grading information and photographs before ordering. This does not reduce your legal rights if goods are faulty or materially not as described.

CANCELLATION FORM

You do not have to use a form to cancel, but you may copy the wording below into an email if helpful:

Ordered on / received on: [date].
